Hello!
My name is Kate Liskowich and I am a university student with a passion for elementary education. This blog details my journey towards becoming an elementary school teacher, as I navigate learning new skills, gaining resources, and challenges that come my way. We are all students in some capacity, so I invite you to learn with me!
I grew up in Saskatchewan, Canada, which has inspired a love of open skies and winter sports. I grew up in a hockey-loving family and have played ringette for 12 years. I am also a huge music lover and cannot pick a genre to save my life. My current favourite artists are Noah Kahan, Boy Genius, and j solomon. But check back next week to see them change. I play several instruments and always hope to learn more.
I have always loved working with children. Thus, I have aspired to be a teacher since the first grade. I cannot wait to have my own classroom one day, but until then, I have a lot of learning to do! Join me on my journey 🙂
